In 2026, we rebranded as Ember & Phoenix to reflect our evolution, expanded vision, and commitment to delivering a more refined and elevated event experience. As part of this transition, you may still occasionally see legacy labels or markings bearing our former name on certain items. These remain part of our established inventory and ongoing growth journey.

Today, Ember & Phoenix operates as a luxury event décor and furniture hire studio, offering carefully curated premium pieces designed to elevate weddings, private celebrations, and bespoke events.

What We Offer

All items are rented based on your selected event dates, with availability managed in real time to avoid overbooking.

Our Commitment to Delivery & Timing

We take timing seriously.

Every booking is planned around confirmed event dates, transport schedules, and preparation windows. Items are inspected, prepared, and allocated in advance to help ensure they arrive in excellent condition and as close as reasonably possible to the scheduled delivery time.

To maintain this standard, we strongly recommend:

At least 7 days’ notice for standard hires

At least 4 weeks’ notice for larger events, bulk orders, or complex setups

Earlier booking allows us to secure availability, prepare items properly, and allocate sufficient logistics support for your event.

Last-minute bookings may be possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Important Hire Information

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please note the following:

All rentals are subject to availability for the selected dates

Booking early is essential, especially during peak seasons

Delivery and collection times are scheduled in advance and must be adhered to

Items must be returned in the condition they were hired, fair wear and tear excepted

Late returns, damage, or loss may incur additional charges

Full hire terms, deposits, Damage Waiver details, and cancellation policies are outlined at checkout and form part of your booking agreement.

Deposits, Damages & Late Returns

To maintain the quality and condition of our collection, hires may be subject to a refundable security deposit, the amount of which varies depending on the items selected. In addition, a mandatory Damage Waiver applies per order in accordance with our Terms of Hire.

Deposits may be held and applied toward costs associated with:

Loss, theft, or irreparable damage

Damage beyond reasonable wear and tear

Missing components or accessories

Late returns or unauthorised extensions of the hire period

Where applicable, charges may be deducted directly from the deposit. If the cost of repair, replacement, or recovery exceeds the deposit value, the remaining balance will be invoiced accordingly.

Where covered accidental damage occurs, an excess may apply and may be deducted from the deposit first.

Items returned late may incur additional daily hire charges, as late returns can disrupt subsequent bookings.

Care & Responsibility

All hired items remain the property of Ember & Phoenix throughout the hire period.

Clients are responsible for ensuring items are:

Used as intended

Protected from weather damage unless explicitly approved for outdoor use

Returned in the same condition as supplied

We reserve the right to charge for cleaning, repair, or replacement where items are returned in an unacceptable condition.

Availability & Special Requests

Our inventory reflects real, managed stock to ensure accurate availability for all bookings.

If an item you are seeking is out of stock or not currently available, we may be able to source or manufacture it through our in-house production partners, provided sufficient notice is given.

Custom or special-order items:

Are subject to extended lead times

May require additional deposits or full payment upfront

Are non-refundable once production has commenced

We strongly encourage early enquiries for bespoke requests to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.

Booking early allows us to secure availability, prepare items to our standards, and accommodate special requests wherever possible.
